January is traditionally the busiest time of year for hypnotherapists. Here are our top three new year resolutions for 2008. Make your new year resolutions now.
Increase Confidence – this is one of hypnotherapy’s most well known and established issues. By increasing your confidence, you can do better in many areas of your life. You could get that promotion at work, find a new partner or make new friends.
Lose Weight – one of the more controversial and lesser known issues. Hypnosis in itself won’t help you to lose weight, but it will help you find and deeply establish the reasons why you should lose weight, increasing your motivation to stick to that health plan or exercise more
Give Up Smoking – the most famous issue of all and one of the most popular. Hypnotherapy can be used to remove your desire to smoke, providing you do want to give up. There’s no point seeing your local hypnotherapist if you’re only trying it out for your partner but if you want to quit, you don’t have to believe in hypnotherapy for it to work
