    This does really work! I’ve always had a problem with rushing for a chocolate bar if I’m feeling a bit fed up and I found it really interesting when I read about the difference between physical hunger pangs and emotional hunger pangs in Paul McKenna’s book. Alone the awareness of the difference has made it easier for me to resist chocolate bingeing!
