Tackle Insomnia Head On

Research shows that there are around 75 conditions which affect our ability to sleep and contribute to insomnia. Around 31 per cent of us suffer from one or more of these conditions at any one time and yet many people do not seek any help for the problem despite many treatments and lifestyle changes available aside from drugs.
An article in The Independent yesterday discusses various treatments or changes, including some you may not have thought of, including eating a bowl of cereal before bed, taking iron supplements, bright light therapy, hypnotherapy, meditation or self-hypnosis and herbal remedies.
