Storytelling In Hypnosis

Personally, I love using metaphors and storytelling in my Hypnotherapy sessions. It was always my favourite part of my own hypnosis experiences during Hypnotherapy training.

I found a great article, courtesy of Imaginary Journeys, that was originally published in Context magazine in 2001. The article discusses how traditional stories play their part in therapy in general and how we can relate to stories.
