Specialist Course For Hypnotherapists In Panic, Anxiety & Phobias

The Academy of Clinical and Medical Hypnosis is running a two day course for qualified hypnotherapists who wish to gain a specialist certificate in dealing with anxiety, panic and phobias. The course will include both hypnotherapy and some cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) methods and count towards your continued professional development.

This course will not only look at structured problem solving methods and beliefs, but will also cover dealing with children, the causes of anxiety and also how to spot if it really is what it seems. Certain phobias will be dealt with in greater details, including dental, blood, injection, injury, emetophobia (vomiting) and social phobia.

The course is being held at the Twin Oaks Hotel off junction 29 of the M1 on the 2nd and 3rd February 2008. Total cost is £175.00, with a deposit of £50 to secure your place. If you are a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy you can claim a 10% if you book before the 15th January.
