Nicole Richie Sees Hypnotherapist For Labour Pain

26 year old Simple Life star, Nicole Richie, is due to give birth any day now and has reportedly been seeing a hypnotherapist to help her through labour.

Hypno-birthing is becoming more and more popular, although the reports don’t say whether Nicole is going to have a hypno-birth, just that the hypnotist has been helping her with relaxation techniques and positive visualisation.

Nicole’s father, singer Lionel Richie, has apparently said she is expecting a baby boy. Nicole has moved in with father-to-be Good Charlotte frontman Joel Madden.

It seems hypnotherapy is proving popular with the stars at the moment as we have recently featured articles about Lily Allen using hypnotherapy for weight loss and now to quit smoking during her pregnancy and also Coldplay’s frontman Chris Martin using hypnosis to help with his songwriting.
