Life Beyond William Roache

January 30, 2008

hypnosis bill roacheCoronation Street’s William Roache has published his latest book, Soul On The Street, in which he discusses his beliefs about life, death, reincarnation and the early death of his daughter.

The 75 year old actor had a conservative childhood with his GP father, although his grandfather, also a GP, had a great interest in alternative treatment such as homeopathy and hypnotism.

In an interview with the Irish Independent, Roache talks about how death is just a change of scene, albeit a violent one, after which you are released into the spirit world. Roache says he dislikes the term ‘beliefs’ as that is only the first step. After beliefs comes knowledge and that knowledge becomes truth.

William Roache shares his thoughts on life, death and life after death with real conviction. He believes in reincarnation and past lives. As our earlier article discusses, he doesn’t believe that we can be certain that what we sense during hypnosis can always be our own past lives because he believes that under hypnosis we become slightly mediumistic so can be picking up the past lives of others.

In 1984, Roache and his second wife, lost their daughter as an infant when she died unexpectedly. On the morning of her funeral, Roache had what he calls an ‘angelic projection’ as he saw her face and knew it was a message. This gave his study of the afterlife a new and very real meaning.

William Roache’s new book, Soul On The Street, is out now.
