Jade Hypnotises Her Way To A Size 10

Self confessed takeaway-lover, Jade Goody, says she’s off the takeaways for good and has lost more than two stone to shrink her way from a size 16 to a size 10.

The reality TV star saw Celebrity Fat Club hypnotherapist Marisa Peer told Star Magazine that Jade was a delight to work with and really serious about losing the weight.

Marisa asked Jade to imagine how she would be and feel when she was slim and how she would love her body more than she loves eating a slice of cake.

Jade combined the hypnosis with a two week stay at a Welsh boot camp to kick start the weight loss, where she had to get up at 5.30am for exercise.

Since she returned, Jade says she’s stayed away from the takeaways and loves herself again.  She’s lost over six inches from her waist and is down to just 10st 7 lbs.
