Hypnotherapy Student Cures Spider Phobia Live On TV

UK hypnotherapist Helen Grant moved to Australia last year and practices hypnosis there. Hamish and Andy are a kind of aussie equivalent of Ant and Dec, and Hamish had an intense fear of spiders.
Helen appeared on their show and cured Hamish of his spider phobia using the rewind technique. The TV show recorded his pulse rate when he was presented with a spider before the hypnosis and again afterwards.
Helen studied for her hypnotherapy diploma with Uncommon Knowledge. Their next hypnotherapy diploma will be held at Brighton University and starts in February.
