Finally! Hypnosis To Sort My New Year’s Resolution

Why is it that we always have a craving for the things that are bad or not so good for us? I always crave chocolate, crisps and watching a good film, but never fruit, vegetables or a trip to the gym.

I’ve heard hypnotherapy can help sports people increase their performance, but I never realized it can help ordinary people to exercise. Not only can it help them to get to the gym but it can help them to exercise for longer, work harder and even enjoy it.

We all know that if we exercise we’ll look better, feel fitter and become healthier and some of us who have even got so far as to exercise once in a while know that ‘feel good’ feeling you get afterwards, but that feeling never lasts long enough to get us back there often enough. We really want to go but just can’t keep that motivation.

A good hypnotherapist can take all those motivating factors and turn them into a strong, powerful desire in our unconscious so that we will get that same craving and desire for exercising. We won’t be able to resist pulling on our sports gear and going for that healthy jog or trip to the gym.

This could be the easiest New Year’s Resolution ever – and the only one I’ll have ever kept!
