Doctors In America Accepting The Mind-Body Link

In the United Kingdom, the National Health Service (NHS) is just starting to accept Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) such as hypnotherapy.
Unsurprisingly, it seems we are behind America in our actions. This Denver Post article talks about how doctors and mainstream hospitals in the US are starting to accept a mind body connection and to blend alternative medicine with the more traditional treatments. Treatments such as acupuncture, hypnotherapy, massage and meditation are now being recommended to encourage self care and to treat the whole person rather than just the presenting symptoms.
