Storytelling In Hypnosis

Personally, I love using metaphors and storytelling in my hypnotherapy sessions.  It was always my favourite part of my own hypnosis experiences during hypnotherapy training.

Hypnotherapy For Trichotillomania

The National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) has published a small study on the effect of hypnotherapy on trichotillomania sufferers, all children in this case.
